Last few days I was not feeling well so was unable to do much work. So got into the self-reflection mode and analyzed the events, targets, goals and progress in the last 7 months.
The first thing that I did was pull out the notebook on which I had done a similar exercise a few months back. At that time, I was doing a causal analysis as to why I was not using my time efficiently and why my productivity was down.
