I fell down.
I tried to get up but,
I couldn’t.
I tried again only to fall again.
I started to panic,
I cried out for help; but no one came.
I tried again but failed,
I begged for assistance; but no one came.
I twisted and turned,
I shouted and yelled,
I was drenched in sweat,
I woke up with a start!
I was relieved,
I was dreaming; a terrible nightmare.
I tried to get up,
I still couldn’t!!!

Sad but well written. And the suspense at the end was really good. You should write more.

Sometimes it’s hard to see through our tears and our dreams.
