The man feeds the fish twice a day with
delicious, nutrient-rich food.
There are water plants—lotus, lilies, and cattails—
that provide shade from the hot sun.
The kids adore the fish and love to feed them.
There is protection from bigger fish and kingfishers.
But the fish is not happy.
It wants to go back to the river
from where it was captured.
It wants freedom, not comforts.
